About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, maintain, and optimise the HCM system to align with business needs.

• Collaborate with HR teams to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.

• Manage system upgrades, patches, and configuration changes.

• Develop and maintain system documentation, user guides, and training materials.

• Support data integrity, including data imports, exports, and regular audits.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end users.

• Collaborate with IT and HR teams on system integrations and data flows.

• Generate reports and dashboards to support data-driven HR decision-making.

About You:

• Proven experience as a System Analyst or similar role, preferably with a focus on HCM systems.

• Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows.

• Proficiency in HCM platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar).

• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
