About the Role:

Our client is looking for an HCM System Analyst to support the ongoing optimisation and enhancement of their HR technology platforms. Key Responsibilities:
Configure, maintain, and optimise the HCM system to align with business needs.
Collaborate with HR teams to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.
Manage system upgrades, patches, and configuration changes.
Develop and maintain system documentation, user guides, and training materials.
Support data integrity, including data imports, exports, and regular audits.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end users.
Collaborate with IT and HR teams on system integrations and data flows.
Generate reports and dashboards to support data-driven HR decision-making.
About You:
Proven experience as a System Analyst or similar role, preferably with a focus on HCM systems.
Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows.
Proficiency in HCM platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar).
Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
