About the Role:
Are you a detail-oriented project specialist with a passion for HR technology? Our client is seeking a Project Specialist to support the successful delivery of HCM (Human Capital Management) projects. In this role, you’ll work closely with project managers, business leaders, and technical teams to ensure seamless execution, from project initiation to final rollout.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and support end-to-end HCM project lifecycles, including planning, execution, and post-implementation activities.
Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and develop project plans.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure projects stay on track.
Conduct regular status updates, identify risks, and escalate issues as needed.
Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including project charters, scopes, and risk assessments.
Support change management activities, including training and communication plans.
Perform data analysis, reporting, and testing to validate project outcomes.
Coordinate with vendors and third-party partners as required.
About You:
Proven experience in project coordination or project specialist roles, ideally within HCM or HR tech projects.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar).
Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
